SPE NAICE 2020 IS CANCELLED
SPE Nigeria Council regrets to announce the cancellation of the SPE Nigeria Annual International Conference & Exhibition (NAICE 2020) originally scheduled to hold in Lagos, Nigeria from 11 - 13 August 2020.
This is following extensive deliberations and consultation in the light of Covid-19 and our prioritization of the health and safety of our members, attendees, sponsors, invited guests, partners and exhibitors. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause all our members, attendees, sponsors, invited guests, partners and exhibitors.
To continue to serve our members and deliver on our mandates, we have continued to expand the use of virtual platforms. We hereby encourage you to keep up to dates with all SPE virtual events in Nigeria especially SPE Nigeria Energy Industry Transformation Summit scheduled to hold on a virtual platform from 25th – 27th August 2020.
To preserve the significant work by our technical papers authors, all technical papers accepted for presentation will be officially published online (with the consent of the authors) on OnePetro.org by 11 August 2020.
We wish to put on record, our gratitude to our members, industry partners, sponsors, exhibitors, authors and so many others for your continued support, commitment and understanding as the industry navigates through yet another difficult patch.
