How To Register

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION AND INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION

1. Open registration link 

2. Click on Individual Registration/International Registration button

3. Fill in your particulars in the form provided

4. Select as appropriate, your category from the dropdown

Paying  Attendee (Member, Non-Member, Lecture/Faculty, Retiree, Student Attendee, Exhibitor Extra Pass, Guest/Family, Exhibitor Delegate)

Non-Paying Attendee ( Student Council Sponsored, Exhibitor, VIP Sponsor, Media, Ushers,  Staff, Adhoc Staff, HOD/ faculty)

5. Click NEXT  to proceed

6. Select the Appropriate “Attendee Fee”, “Tours & Recreations” or  “Training Course” (if you are taking course). Note that ONLY one course is permitted per individual

7. Click NEXT  to proceed

 8. Payment method: Select payment method of your choice (Debit/Credit card or Pay Later option) and proceed to payment

9. Click PAY

10. Click NEXT  to complete

 

 

GROUP REGISTRATION

1. Open registration link  Click of Group Registration 

2. Fill in your particulars in the form provided for your company and the person in charge

3. Fill in the box to the right with the corresponding total  numbers for :

 
Paying   Attendee: (Member, Non-Member, Lecture/Faculty, Retiree, Student Attendee, Exhibitor Extra Pass, Guest/Family, Exhibitor Delegate

 Example: Member  -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[2]

Non-Paying Attendee ( Student Council Sponsored, Exhibitor, VIP Sponsor, Media, Ushers,  Staff, Adhoc, Staff, HOD/ faculty)

4. Click NEXT  to proceed 

5. Fill in the box to the right with the corresponding numbers for Courses or leave blank if not applicable : 

Example:

Well Reservoir & Facility Management (Non-Members Only)---------------------------------------------------[6] If there are six (6) Non-members are being registered for the course

Conference & Exhibition - (Non-Member): Early Bird Fee ----------------------------------------------------------[2] If there are two (2) non-members are being registered for the conference and exhibition

6. Note that you can also register for ANY of the recreation tours. Click NEXT  to proceed

7. Fill in the profiles of ALL attendees including that of the coordinator and conclude each entry BY clicking SAVE. Ensure you enter [1] For Attendee category and   Attendee Registration Fee respectively before saving. In case of error, you can edit or delete from top button. Click NEXT  to proceed

8. Please select payment method: Select “Pay Later Option” if you do not wish to pay online, and makes use of account details that is sent to your inbox. Please confirm the email inbox or in your BULK/Spam box.

 9. Choose Credit/Debit Card if you want to make electronic payment.

10. Click PROCESS  for your payment. Ensure you take our survey before click on  FINISH.


IMPORTANT NOTES




1. Registration is available until 30th of July, 2014. Any registration after this date will be handled at the venue of the conference. Early bird registration closes by 19th July. Late registration attracts an extra fee of N5000.         

 

                                                                                                                                           

2. Click “Register” to navigate to the online form. Fill in all your details and select your attendee category which may either be ‘’Paying Attendee” or “Non-Paying Attendee”.A drop down menu containing all the attendee type will appear, select the appropriate one and click “Next”.        

 3. If you are a “Paying Attendee” and will be attending the SPE Short course, enroll by choosing the appropriate course. You can only select one of the courses as they will all run concurrently then move to the next page by clicking “Next”.

 4. Select all the appropriate activities you will like to be involved in during the conference by checking the box/boxes where necessary. If you are not going to be attending the full Conference & Exhibition (Day 1-3) you have the option to choose the day(s) you will like to attend. It could either be any one or two of the days.

 5. Attendees are expected to make payment via Debit/Credit cards, or the Pay-later option. If payment is not made on or before July 19th, 2014 the late payment fees of N5000 will be applied. Information on payments should be forwarded to naice14@spenigeriacouncil.org to confirm registration and receipt of payment.

Please ensure to read and accept the conditions and also give us your opinion on the Registration process by ticking the Survey Check box, then click “Finish” it will take you to the survey page. An acknowledgement email will be sent confirming your registration.

 The same process applies to International attendees.

 

Group Registration

1. Group registration is only available to attendees from Nigeria; it will help minimize delays during onsite accreditation.Ensure you provide email addresses of all in your groups. Do not use same email addresses for more than one person.

 2. The Coordinator will fill the online group form for attendees by Clicking “Register” to navigate to the online Group form.

 3. Fill in all the group details and indicate in the check box the number of persons within a category which may either be ‘’Paying Attendee” or “Non-Paying Attendee” that will participate in an activity during the conference where necessary

4. For any of the attendee category that will be attending the SPE Short course, enroll by entering the numbers of attendees that will be participating on each of the courses in the appropriate box. You can only indicate the number of attendees that will be participating in particular course as the courses will all run concurrently then move to the next page by clicking “Next”.

 4.For the Attendee Registration fees indicate in the check box the number of persons that will participate in any activity during the conference& pre-conference where necessary and ensure that the sum amount for the numbers of person’s tallies. If a (some) member(s) of your groupare not going to be attending the full Conference & Exhibition (Day 1-3) you have the option of indicating the numbers of attendees that will be attending on a per day bases based on their attendee category then move to the next page by clicking “Next”.

 5. The group coordinator can enter the details of each individual attendee of his group here as well as him/herself. Type in number one (1) on the correct category type in order to indicate that the registration is for one person also indicate the short course type enrolled for by typing in one (1) in the box . Any activities specified on the previous page can be allocated to a group member .It is important you click the ‘SAVE’ button for each Attendee to add them to the group list.

6. The Group Coordinator is expected to make payment for his group via Debit/Credit cards, or the Pay-later option. If payment fee is not made on or before July 19th, the late registration fees of N5000 will be applied.

8.On the acknowledgement page the group coordinator should click on the participant list button before the finish button to ensure that all the members in his group are captured in the registration.

CONFERENCE RATES

Please ensure to read and accept the conditions then click finish. An acknowledgement email will be sent confirming your registration.
